How we operate

Plan of approach

We develop, by mutual agreement, a plan of approach which describes and records the action points. Action points may include:

• Means of scripting

• The provision of information
• Means of reporting and creating reports
• The way in which the data files are to be provided or returned.

Pilot phase

We start off with a pilot phase. The pilot phase is designed to indicate to what extent the assumptions set out can or should be optimised.

Interim evaluation

As part of an interim evaluation, we provide feedback on our findings and initial experiences. We check whether any assumptions were in fact true and whether any modifications need to be made.

Definitive project

All the experiences and any improvements on completion of the pilot are set out together and serve as input to achieve maximum return from the definitive campaign.

Eavesdropping

• You have the opportunity to eavesdrop on conversations with our home advisors. This means you can rest assured that the quality guarantee promised is being maintained.

Full recording

• We can record all conversations in full for you. We can send these to you as .wav files.

Project progress

• You also have the option to track progress on your project in real time via your own PC. This enables you, for example, to view the results achieved for your project on a daily basis.
