Warm qualified leads campaign

The position we are offering is a home based position working with an online call centre system. This system is linked to your landline telephone number, all call costs are covered by us. The field we work in is claiming over payments of council tax and rebanding or regarding clients who are in the wrong band for council tax in England and Scotland.

It’s been proved that 1 in 10 of the population are paying the incorrect amount each year and in some cases have beensince 1993, Your job would be to call these clients through the automated web based call center system and explain the procedure to claim. All calls you make would be to leads that have already expressed interest in doing this through our call centre, E mailand SMScampaigns so you would be speaking to warm qualified leads only - no cold calling involved

Required Experience:
• You’ll have the confidence to use a PC and have good keyboard skills.
• You’ll be comfortable working in a target driven environment.
• You’ll have the desire to deliver great customer service and the passion to smash your targets and objectives.
• Experience of working within a sales / call centre environment.
